You'll be working as an Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technician for a family-owned business based in Perth. The role involves a mix of projects across brand-current luxury homes, housing developments, commercial sites, and existing homes. This is a permanent, full time position with a standard 38-hour work week, Monday to Friday, with weekends off.
Key responsibilities
Installing ducted and wall-mounted split systems — current builds, existing homes and commercial jobs
Installing flexible and sheet-metal ductwork
Commissioning systems and checking performance
Fault finding, maintenance and repairs
Using testing tools and mobile devices to get the job done right
Installing evaporative cooling units
Working alongside a supportive crew to hit project goals
About you
4+ years in the industry
Cert III in Engineering — Mechanical Trade (Refrigeration/Air Conditioning)
Restricted WA Electrical Licence
Construction Induction (Blue/White Card)
Current WA Driver's Licence
Your own set of trade tools
Working at Heights or EWP ticket (highly regarded)
Police Clearance or medical (highly regarded)
