About the Role
As we continue to expand and open new venues, we're seeking experienced Restaurant Managers, Assistant Managers, Bar Managers and Supervisors to join our growing team across multiple Sydney venues including Grill Americano Sydney (CBD) and Chin Chin Sydney (Surry Hills). If you're a passionate hospitality leader who thrives in rapid-paced, premium venues and loves developing high-performing teams, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Opportunity:
We’re seeking an experienced Managers to lead the team. This is your chance to shape exceptional guest experiences, develop a talented team, and be part of a agile, high-profile venue in Sydney.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:
Demonstrated restaurant management experience in an a-la-carte restaurant
Exemplary leadership with a strong focus on the crew experience
Exceptional service skills and guest focused




Solid understanding of management and restaurant compliance practices
Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressured service periods
Proven ability in building effective relationships
Organisational and time management skills
Experience using a time & attendance system, Deputy or similar
Exceptional communication and presentation
Available and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
