We are currently seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team and support a range of clients across North Brisbane. We have a variety of clients with different support needs, care levels and roster requirements, providing prospects for experienced support workers to find shifts that suit their skills, availability and preferences.
Duties: Catheter care, domestic duties, community access, personal care, assistance with transfers
Skills & Experience
Australian Driver's License
Certificate 3 in Individual Support minimum requirement
Current National Police Clearance within 12 months
Current Blue Card
Current Yellow Card
NDIS Worker Orientation Module
NDIS Support effective communication module
The successful candidate will provide respectful, empathetic, and consistent support tailored to the participant's individual goals and daily needs. This role would suit someone who is proactive, patient, and passionate about empowering people to live independently while supporting positive family outcomes.
