YS Mann Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to join and manage our retail store in Canberra, ACT for their store

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail store.
Supervise, train and support staff members.
Manage stock levels, ordering and inventory.
Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase sales.
Prepare staff rosters and manage workplace operations.
Ensure the store complies with company policies and relevant regulations.
Handle customer enquiries, complaints and operational issues.

Requirements:
Previous experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage staff, stock and daily store operations.
Valuable organisational and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced retail workplace.
