Beca is seeking an experienced Dams Lead to drive growth, technical excellence and delivery of dam infrastructure across Australia, Recent Zealand and the Pacific. You will lead projects from planning through construction, collaborate with regulators and clients, and mentor junior engineers.
Ideal candidates are Chartered or working towards chartership, with a robust track record in water resources and dam projects, plus excellent communication and leadership skills within a consulting workplace.
