Your experience and capability

● Extensive experience in Salesforce program and implementation working with internal and external team (System Integrators)

● An analytical mindset. Being able to analyze multiple data sources in an investigative manner is significant and provide insights

● Enjoy all things data





● Tracking and evaluating in a detail orientated manner and advise the business on what should be reported on for value-add

● The ability to make decisions quick. Being able to make actionable recommendations based on data findings will be important

● The ability to take the initiative

● Tell the business what you need confidently

● Experience with team-oriented workspaces such as Confluence and Jira

● Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent extensive experience

● Flexibility to step outside defined role in order to get something done

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical teams

● The ability to take the initiative and think outside the box to meet the objective
