ABOUT THE ROLE
You’ll join a project-focused engineering team responsible for delivering infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations, technology refreshes and strategic initiatives. The role combines hands-on technical delivery with customer engagement and offers plenty of variety across different settings and technologies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver infrastructure, cloud and modern workplace projects.
Lead migrations, upgrades and technology refresh initiatives.
Work directly with customers to understand requirements and deliver outcomes.
Produce technical documentation and project handovers.
Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
Collaborate with service delivery teams to ensure successful project completion.
ABOUT YOU
Previous experience delivering infrastructure or cloud projects.
Robust Microsoft 365, Azure and Windows Server experience.
Exposure to technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix, Active Directory, Exchange and enterprise networking.
Comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of delivery.
Experience within an MSP, consulting or project-based environment will be highly regarded.
