Job Description
Gough Recruitment seeks a Property Manager to take ownership of a local portfolio of approximately 165 properties close to the Altona Meadows area. This full end-to-end PM role offers a stable, family-run workplace with a supportive team and opportunities for growth opportunities.
You will manage inspections, arrears, maintenance, renewals and rent reviews, while building robust landlord/tenant relationships and handling VCAT matters as needed.
