We are seeking a compassionate professional Customer Care / Receptionist to join a dedicated team in Macquarie Park.

$40.00 per Hour plus Super
Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

This position is ideal for someone who understands the importance of making people feel welcomed, heard, and supported. As the first point of contact, you will bring warmth, empathy, and professionalism to every interaction while providing high-quality reception and administrative support in a respectful and sensitive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist visitors with professionalism and care
Manage incoming phone calls and email enquiries
Provide reception and administrative support
Deliver exceptional customer service with empathy and understanding
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Support day-to-day office operations
Ensure a welcoming and professional front-of-house experience
About You
Previous experience in reception, customer service, or administration
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine ability to connect with people and provide support with empathy
A professional, calm, and respectful approach
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confidence managing multiple tasks and competing priorities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general administrative systems
