Job Description

The Salvation Army in Geelong is seeking an AOD Intake & ThroughCare Nurse to provide clinical nursing support across the Geelong Withdrawal Unit. You will guide participants from referral to discharge and ongoing care within a multidisciplinary team, in office in Corio, VIC.

This fixed-term, part time role (12 months, 30.4 hours per week) offers meaningful nursing work in an established AOD program, with opportunities to contribute to recovery outcomes and collaborate with hospitals, GPs, and
