Job Description

A$60,000.00/yr - A$70,000.00/yr

You'll work across the North Ryde Office and the CBD-based Retail Flagship Store, guiding customers to find their perfect fit of performance support and ensuring they receive a truly premium experience.

Responsibilities
Assist customers in the fitting of brace, compression garments or performance support, making tailored recommendations and ensuring they leave feeling comfortable and confident.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and ticketing system, providing professional, solutions-focused support.
Provide expert guidance and ensure every customer receives the exceptional care expected from a world-class brand.
Work closely with healthcare partners – including Physiotherapists, Osteopaths, Exercise Physiologists, and Sporting Teams – to ensure their patients receive the right support throughout their recovery and return to a pain-free life.
Nurture strong, long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals, built on trust, exceptional service, and a shared commitment to helping people move freely.
Be versatile and available to work across both the North Ryde Office and the CBD-based Retail Flagship Store.





About You
Bachelor's or Diploma qualification in Health, Sport Science, or Business – or alternatively, 2+ years of customer service experience in an office or retail environment.
Eager to build a long-term career in healthcare or sports performance, with a strong passion for helping people.
Thrives in quick-paced environments, comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities, and always ready to support the team.
