Core Talent is seeking an experienced Lead Structures Foreman to join a tier 2 builder on a major school project in North West Sydney, NSW. This hands-on role focuses on delivery of structural works safely and to programme through to Christmas 2026.
You will coordinate structural trades and subcontractors on site, supervise concrete, formwork and reinforcement, read drawings, and lead the site team alongside the Site Manager and Project Manager.
