Job Description
The Brunswick Hotel is seeking an experienced Chef to join the kitchen team in a rapid-paced, friendly environment with a dedicated Head Chef.
You will work across a busy commercial kitchen delivering high-quality and modern creative dishes, with responsibilities including managing your own section and maintaining top presentation. The role requires approximately 38 hours per week and a rotating roster from Monday to Sunday.
