About the Role
Join our Spinal Rehabilitation Unit as an Associate Nurse Unit Manager, supporting robust clinical leadership and helping deliver protected, person-centred care. You’ll guide the team, support patient flow and build a positive learning culture.
Lead shift-by-shift nursing care and support patient flow
Coordinate care and services across disciplines
Support staff, students and less experienced nurses
Assist with rostering, leave, staffing and work allocation
Drive practice change, quality improvement and learning
