South Ave is seeking a field-based Business Development Manager to own the Victoria patch. You will animate the brand across bars, clubs, restaurants, and festivals, securing taps and back-bar positions, and running activations that move product.
Two levels exist: BDM and Senior BDM, depending on experience. Salary ranges from AU$75,000 to AU$100,000 plus super, with quarterly bonuses and uncapped commissions. Kilometres are reimbursed at the ATO rate, plus card, phone and expenses.
