Arctic Energy is an award-winning Solar and Battery Storage installation company seeking a motivated and qualified Electrician to join our team on a long-term basis.

The Role

Jobs you’ll be involved in:
Solar & battery installations
Pre-site and post-install inspections
Fault finding and service work
Supporting system design and technical decisions
Mentoring apprentices

What We’re Looking For:
Fully Qualified Electrician - No previous solar experience required
Robust communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
A team player who can lead and mentor others




Can show initiative and work autonomously when needed
Commitment to safety standards and compliance

Requirements:
Qualified electrician
Current CPR certification

Successful candidates will receive the following:
Company Vehicle + Fuel Card
Uniforms
$2k Sign-on bonus
On going training to complete solar installer license
Pay increase once Solar accreditation is gained
