AIM Mining Corporation is an emerging gold development company with big plans underway. We currently operate the Warrawoona Gold Project in the East Pilbara region of Western Australia and are now preparing to ramp up operations at our Nullagine Underground project.

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Bogger / Charge Up Operator (All Rounder) to join our underground mining team. In this role, you will:
Operate remote boggers (2900s) efficiently and safely.
Perform charging activities – Shotfirer’s Certificate essential.
Assist across multiple underground tasks as required in small, flexible teams.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a start-up environment, enjoys variety in their role and wants to make a real impact in a growing company. This role is based on a 15 days on, 13 days off roster FIFO from Perth.





What We are Looking For
Proven experience operating remote underground boggers.
Current Shotfirer’s Certificate (WA).
Strong safety focus and ability to work as part of a small, high-performing team.
Flexibility and initiative in a start-up workplace.
