The successful candidates must have a registered ACN/ABN reliable vehicle, business insurance and current model smart phone.
If you are self-motivated, highly organized, can work efficiently on your own and have a robust work ethic then this is the role for you.
You will be assigned a cluster to minimize travel across each day.
About the role
As Field service support you will be responsible for.
· Installing, Upgrading, swap outs, PC Intergrade systems and picking up merchant terminals from businesses across Melbourne
· Meetings SLA/KPI
· Providing in office training to merchants and staff.
· Providing superior technical analysis and customer service.
Full training will be provided to the right candidates.
Most be available to do weekend work on a rotating roster
This is a rare prospect in a highly sought industry.
