At JEM, we’re looking for a relationship-driven Account Manager to join our Sales team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients, helping them achieve their business goals while identifying opportunities to expand our partnerships.

You’ll take ownership of the full sales lifecycle—from developing new business opportunities and preparing proposals to managing contracts, conducting strategic account reviews, and providing ongoing support. Working closely with internal teams, you’ll ensure our clients receive exceptional service and solutions that deliver real value.

What You’ll Be Doing
Build and maintain solid, long-term client relationships.
Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation through to contract renewal.
Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and win new business.
Conduct regular client meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account plans.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
Provide proactive after-sales support and resolve client issues.
Stay up to date with industry trends and market developments.





About You

You’ll be a proactive and customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships and delivering results.

We’re looking for someone with:
2–4 years’ experience in account management, sales, or a similar client-facing role.
Experience within a professional services environment.
Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience using CRM platforms (such as Salesforce or HubSpot) and Microsoft Office.
The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
Experience developing account plans and sales forecasts.

Desirable
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
