About the role

As our Patient Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for patients entering the clinic, playing a key role in shaping their overall experience. This is a true front-of-house, patient-facing role focused on creating a welcoming, calm and professional environment for patients, clinicians and staff. This role fulfils the traditional medical receptionist function but also plays a key role in ensuring explicit communication between patient and doctor.

Key responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for patients entering the clinic
Welcome patients warmly and assist with check-in flow and waiting room management
Maintain a visible, calm and reassuring presence at the front desk
Answer a high volume of inbound calls professionally and confidently
Book consultations and procedures accurately
Explain fees, deposits and appointment policies clearly
Manage payments, invoicing and daily reconciliation
Coordinate communication between patients and doctors
Proactively manage cancellations and waitlists
Support general administrative tasks to keep the clinic running smoothly





About you
A history of excellent customer service
A strong customer focus and natural warmth
Confidence on the phone with a clear, skilled manner
Positive energy and enthusiasm
Initiative and forward-thinking (you anticipate questions and solve problems)
Robust attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
Reliability and professionalism
Previous medical reception experience is highly regarded but not essential for an exceptional candidate with strong customer service experience
