As a Disability Support Worker, you’ll support people with complex needs living in Supported Independent Living to build skills, routines and confidence. At their pace, in their way.
You’ll be trusted to:
Build solid, respectful relationships
Support daily living, personal care and community participation
Follow transparent behaviour support and safety plans
Work as part of a reliable, communicative team
This role is for you if:
You’re confident supporting people with complex needs
You stay calm when things don’t go to plan
You value consistency, communication and trust
You believe dignity and choice should always come first
