What we are looking for
Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences
Attention to detail and the ability to anticipate and meet guests' needs
Computer literacy with working knowledge of (or the ability to learn) casino operating systems such as Skyros, Opera, Salesforce
Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including nights & weekends
Currently hold, or ability to obtain a Queensland Casino Employee (CE) Licence (which includes thorough and ongoing background checks)
