Perspective Recruitment is seeking a reliable Warehouse Operator to join our client’s team based at Brisbane Airport.
This is primarily a warehouse/dispatch role focused on day-to-day warehouse operations. Service Technician experience is beneficial, as there will be some opportunity to assist with repairing and refurbishing second-hand products (training provided).
Key Requirements
Current Counter Balance Forklift Licence is a MUST
Proven warehouse/dispatch experience
Easy-going personality with the initiative to get things done
Mature, reliable and qualified attitude
Strong culture fit is essential
Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on warehouse work
Service Technician or appliance repair experience is highly regarded (training provided)
Main Responsibilities
Carry out day-to-day warehouse operations and dispatch duties
Safely operate counter-balance forklift (up to 3 racks high)
Load, unload, move and organise stock accurately and efficiently
Support general warehouse tasks including order preparation and inventory movement
Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area
Assist with basic servicing and repair of second-hand products using plug-and-play parts (training provided)
Ability to assist with servicing and repairing second-hand products using replacement parts (training provided). Previous service tech or appliance repair experience is advantageous but not essential.
