Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 1 technical support to users
Troubleshoot hardware, software and basic network issues
Assist with computer, laptop and peripheral setup
Support Microsoft 365 and common business applications
Assist with user accounts and system access
Install and configure software and devices
Document technical issues and solutions
Support general IT maintenance and administration

Skills & Requirements
Studying or recently completed Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Networking or a related qualification




Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
Understanding of computer hardware and networking fundamentals
Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good communication and customer service skills
Willingness to learn and develop practical IT skills
