Our client is seeking an experienced Quality Surveyor to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an opportunity to work on residential cadastral surveying projects, primarily apartment buildings ranging from 3 to 15 storeys. You'll bring 2 to 6 years of hands-on surveying experience in the private sector, with a focus on quality assurance and compliance across residential developments.
Specialize in cadastral surveying for mid-rise residential apartment projects
Work across the full lifecycle of quality surveying, from planning through to practical completion
Join a dedicated surveying practice with a strong track record in residential development

Preferred Requirements
2 to 6 years of surveying experience in the private residential sector
Solid understanding of cadastral surveying principles and practices
Experience quality surveying on multi-storey residential apartment builds
Knowledge of relevant building codes, standards, and compliance requirements
Robust attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

Preferred Qualifications
Diploma or degree in Surveying or a related built workplace discipline




Qualified membership with relevant surveying bodies (e.g. AIQS, RICS)
Familiarity with surveying software and digital measurement tools
