This successful Global organisation is seeking an experience Spare Parts qualified to join their team.
The role is to provide support to customers by assisting them in identifying spare parts, customer inquiries and processing sales orders.
This role requires a high level of customer service with a mechanical understanding.

The position includes but is not limited to:-
Accurate and timely communication with internal team members assisting them with sourcing parts and checking stock levels
Supporting the Sales and Business Development Managers
Providing a high level of assistance to customers via phone and/or email
Identify spare parts through our online catalogue
Processing spare parts sales

The successful applicant will have:-
Previous experience in a similar role or in spare parts
Have solid communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent attention to detail
Robust organisational skills
Experience with computer systems and ensuring accurate data entry and customer communications
