We are seeking a skilled and compassionateClient Care Representative to join our clinical administration team at Neurosensory in Benowa, Queensland.
This is a permanent full-time position (Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm) that plays a vital role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional support and seamless service delivery.
As the first point of contact for many of our clients, you will be instrumental in creating a welcoming, professional environment whilst managing the administrative operations that keep our clinic running smoothly.

What will you be doing?
As a Client Care Representative, you will provide an exceptional level of service to our clients and play an integral role in the day-to-day functions of the clinic.
You'll be working as part of a fun and professional team dedicated to enriching the lives of our clients.
Your responsibilities will include:Managing the appointment schedule for our audiologists, including setting and rescheduling appointments for our clientsGreeting clients at the clinic and updating client recordsAnswering clinic phone calls and emailsAssisting with client and doctor enquiriesAccurate billing of appointmentsProviding basic troubleshooting and servicing for hearing devicesOther general office dutiesWhat do you need to be successful in this role?




A passion for delivering an amazing client experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills and lots of patienceAbility to work effectively within a team environmentDemonstrated judgement and advanced skills in the delivery of administrative servicesResilience, self-motivation and lots of energyWillingness to cover sick leave and annual leave at our other clinics from time to time.Why work with us?
