you will support secure operations across critical infrastructure facilities while leading day-to-day physical security activities and security personnel.Key responsibilitiesManaging physical security operations across AWS data centre facilitiesLeading contract security officers and supporting operational security activitiesManaging investigations, incident response and security escalationsSupporting the operation and maintenance of security systems and hardwareDeveloping and implementing security procedures, plans and documentationSupporting audits, compliance activities and security reportingBuilding strong relationships with internal teams, contractors and external stakeholdersSupporting after-hours response and on-call operational requirements when requiredSkills and experienceExperience in physical security operations and incident managementExperience managing contract security guards or security vendorsStrong leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skillsExperience working in critical infrastructure or high-security environments highly regardedAbility to manage competing priorities in rapid-paced operational environmentsUnderstanding of the Australian Government Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF) desirableExperience developing procedures and operational documentation desirableRequirementsAustralian Citizenship requiredMust hold, or be eligible to obtain, an Australian Government Security ClearanceAbility to successfully complete an Organisational Suitability AssessmentAbility to participate in on-call rotations and respond to operational incidents as requiredAbility to travel between local facilities when requiredJob detailsVacancies: 1
