With over 40 years of industry experience, we have built a strong local workforce delivering Civil, Mining and Forestry services across the Peel Region and surrounding areas.With ongoing and upcoming forestry projects, we are seeking experienced Harvester Operators and Forwarder Operators to join our growing team.About the Role:Operate Harvesters or Forwarders across forestry operations.Delimb, trim and cut logs to required specifications.Safely load, transport and unload timber.Complete daily pre-starts, inspections and basic machine maintenance.Work closely with supervisors and other operators to meet production targets.Support ongoing forestry operations across JRM Resources projects.Requirements:Demonstrated experience operating Harvesters or ForwardersPrevious experience within forestry,



land clearing or similar environmentsCurrent and relevant mobile plant operating tickets/qualificationsCurrent Australian Driver's Licence - Minimum C classStrong commitment to safety, environmental standards and teamworkGood mechanical aptitude and basic fault-finding skillsAbility to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screenAbility to work effectively in changing site and weather conditionsWhat We Offer:At JRM Resources, our people come first.
