Weighbridge & Quarry OperatorSancrox QuarryAn exciting opportunity exists for a Weighbridge & Quarry Operator to join our team at Sancrox Quarry, located approximately 15 minutes west of Port Macquarie.Reporting to the Quarry Manager, this permanent full-time position is suited to an organised and customer-focused individual who enjoys working in a quick-paced environment and can confidently balance administrative responsibilities with operational support.
The role involves early morning starts, working Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday work as required by business needs.In addition to managing the weighbridge operations, you will assist with compliance and administrative functions across the site and have the opportunity to operate mobile plant, including a sales loader.Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:Operate the weighbridge and process all outgoing load tickets accurately and efficientlyCoordinate the daily allocation of the Truck & Dog fleetDeliver outstanding customer service to internal and external stakeholdersManage phone enquiries, customer orders and general administration tasksAssist with site compliance and ad hoc administrative activitiesMaintain office stationery supplies and quarry documentationSupport sales and production activities, including:Processing purchase orders and cartage adjustmentsLiaising with haulage contractors and suppliersProviding customers with invoices, delivery dockets and supporting documentationOperate the sales loader and, where appropriately licensed and trained,
