We support clients across the mining, oil & gas, marine, food & beverage and industrial sectors, delivering high-quality surface treatment solutions throughout Western Australia.Due to continued business growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Workshop Manager to lead our Forrestdale workshop.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Workshop Supervisor, Leading Hand or Workshop Manager with a fabrication, coatings, manufacturing or industrial services background who enjoys leading teams and driving operational excellence.About the Role:Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of workshop operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards and safety requirements are consistently achieved.This is a hands‐on leadership role where you'll spend time both in the office and on the workshop floor, providing guidance, mentoring staff and maintaining efficient workshop operations.You will lead a team of approximately eight employees while driving continuous improvement across productivity, quality, safety and customer outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Lead and supervise daily workshop operationsCoordinate production schedules, workflow and labour allocationEnsure projects are completed safely, efficiently and on scheduleSupervise stainless steel pickling, passivation, rinsing and finishing processesMaintain QA/QC standards, inspections and documentationConduct daily pre-start meetings and toolbox talksPromote a robust safety culture and ensure compliance with company proceduresMonitor workshop performance, KPIs and productivityCoordinate workshop maintenance and equipment readinessManage consumables, PPE and chemical inventorySupport recruitment,
