You will:Champion a customer first culture and deliver an unforgettable experienceUtilise your customer engagement skills with a focus on building loyalty and a unique in store experienceKeep up to date with our new products, promotions (and participate in regular training to keep you up to date with our current products and promotions)Support the team in achieving (and exceeding!) sales targets and KPI'sEnsure the store always looks it's best, including products displays and following our merchandising standardsAssist with daily and monthly stocktake and stock managementFollow up with customers regarding warranty and general queries
