We are looking for an experienced Azure Cloud Engineer to join a large enterprise technology workplace, helping design, build and automate secure and scalable Azure cloud solutions.

This is a hands-on engineering position with a strong focus on Azure, Terraform, DevOps, CI/CD, identity and automation.
You will work alongside architects, developers, security, platform and operations teams to deliver cloud-native and hybrid solutions while helping improve engineering standards and platform maturity.

What you'll be doing
Designing, building and managing secure, highly available Azure workloads
Developing and optimising CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and YAML
Building and maintaining Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
Managing source control, branching, pull requests and release governance through Azure Repos
Implementing identity and access solutions using Microsoft Entra ID / Active Directory
Working across RBAC, Conditional Access, SSO, SAML and SCIM
Managing secrets and certificate lifecycles through Azure Key Vault




Developing automation using PowerShell, Bash or Python
Working across Azure compute, networking, storage, security and monitoring
Building monitoring, logging, alerting and observability capability
Creating reusable cloud modules, templates and engineering standards

What we're looking for:
You'll ideally bring 7+ years of relevant technology experience with robust hands-on capability across:
Azure Cloud | Terraform | Azure DevOps | CI/CD | Entra ID/AD | Key Vault | Azure Repos | PowerShell/Bash/Python
Experience with GitHub, GitHub Actions, Terraform Cloud and GitHub Copilot would be beneficial.
Previous experience within Investment, Wealth Management or Superannuation

environments would also be highly regarded.
