Job Description

St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne is seeking a Planned Surgery Liaison Nurse to coordinate and manage patient transitions across the care continuum. The role focuses on the endoscopy waiting list and admissions process to reduce wait times and length of stay.

Requires a Bachelor of Nursing and at least 3 years of postgraduate acute surgical or endoscopy nursing experience, plus the ability to obtain a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History check.
