notifications and communicationsTriaging trouble tickets and incoming operational requestsSupporting intelligence gathering and incident response activitiesAssisting internal stakeholders with operational support and security enquiriesSupporting the development and maintenance of SOPs and operational proceduresSkills and experienceMinimum 3 years' experience in Physical Security Operations Centre monitoring and responseExperience in physical security systems, incident management and security operationsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in rapid-paced operational environmentsExperience in military, law enforcement, dispatch or security operations centre environments highly regardedExperience with physical security control and surveillance systems desirableCertificate III in Security Operations or equivalent highly regardedRequirementsAustralian Citizenship requiredMust hold, or be eligible to obtain, an Australian Government Security ClearanceAbility to successfully complete an Organisational Suitability AssessmentAbility to work within a 24/7 operational environmentAbility to manage sensitive information and operational security requirementsJob detailsVacancies: 1
