and medical history.Elevates patient concerns and immediate care needs to the provider on duty and serves as a chaperone for exams as requested.Fills patient cancellation slots efficiently to keep provider schedules booked.Communicates cordially and professionally with patients via phone and in person to meet their needs promptly.Advocates for services such as sick visits, flu shots, vaccines, and physicals.Performs other duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesProficient with computer programs with word processing: PowerPoint, Excel, Word (Preferred)Demonstrates interpersonal skills by effectively communicating with all levels of management and staff.
