Accounts Receivable/Credit ManagerBanking & FinanceCredit & CollectionsBrisbanePermanent / Full Time28/2/2025Sunshine Coast (role is working in the office)Attractive base + super + bonusCareer opportunities - Leading organisationWe are searching for an Accounts Receivable/Credit Manager based on the Sunshine Coast with a leading company managing a small team of credit professionals, with a strong emphasis on client relationship management.This role is a blend of managing client relationships internal and external, staff, analysis and debt management.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with major client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.Team Leadership: Set goals and KPIs for the team, mentor and develop team members to ensure optimum performance.Operational Direction: Provide hands‐on management and operational direction to the credit team.Reconciliations & Reporting: Oversee reconciliations and produce monthly and year end reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.Assessment:
full control and director of the credit assessment process -approval of limits etc.Collections: Discuss escalation of debt and referral and management of process with external partiesQualificationsExperience: Strong commercial credit background with previous Accounts Receivable/Credit Manager experience.Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, proficiency in Excel and other computer skills.Communication: Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with staff, internal divisions, and external customers.AICM Membership preferredWhy Join?
