AsaSeniorTechnicalConsultantatAntares,youwilluseyourdesignanddevelopmentskillstoassistintheimplementationofApplicationDevelopmentprojectsacrossmultipleclients,andyouwillalsohavetheopportunitytoworkonupcomingAIprojectsaswell.

ThisrolewillbeaPermanent or Contract role,basedeitherinSydneyorMelbourne.

Therightcandidatewillbesomeonewhowantstolearnandgrowwithus.Youdon’tneedtobethemosttechnicallybrilliantpersonintheroom,butyoudoneedtobeself-driven,passionateandmotivatedbytechnology.

Weoffertheopportunitytoworkwithrealprojectsandreal-worldclientsacrosscuttingedgetechnology.Withanewprojecteverycoupleofmonths,thisisanincrediblypowerfullearningenvironment.

Technically,youwillneedtohaveexperiencedeveloping.NETAppsonMicrosoftAzure,aswellasexperiencewithReactand/orAngular,andexposuretoPowerApps.WealsoareeagerwiththosethathaveaninterestinworkingonAIApps.

Perhapsthemostkeyelementofthisroleistheabilitytoleadourcustomersthroughthesolutionprocess.Theidealcandidatewillwanttotrulyunderstandtheproblemandbeanactiveforceincreatingasolution.Youwillneedstrongconsultingandpre-sale'sabilitytoperformintherolebutwillalsocomewithastrongtechnicalexpertisebackground.

ItisessentialthatyouareMicrosoftAligned,withseveralyears’experiencedeveloping.NetAppsonMicrosoftAzureandapassionforhelpingclientsrealisetheirfullpotentialwithintheMicrosoftCloudspace
YouwillhaveaninterestinbuildingintelligentApps,workingonAIApps,andleveragingAIandothermoderntechnologies
Severalyears’experiencewithReactand/orAngular
ExposuretoPowerApps–Youdon’tneedyearsofexperienceunderyourbelt,butyoudoneedtobeeagertoimmerseyourselfintheplatformanddoitproperly.Thisisanincrediblechancefortherightpersontogainexposuretocutting-edgetechnologies
Experiencewithallphasesofanengagement–pre-sales,discovery,designandimplementation
Exceptionalwrittenandverbalcommunicationskillsareessential.Youwillbeaconfidentspeaker,withanengagingpersonalityandabilitytobuildrapporteasily
Ahugedesiretolearnandgrow.Youwillunderstandthattechnologyisalwaysshiftingandyouwillbewillingtoshiftwithitratherthanremainingcomfortable
Experiencerunningworkshops,presentations,andprofessionaldemonstrationsforarangeofdifferentaudiencesisdesirable
KnowledgeofanyotherMicrosoftproductswillbehighlyvalued. Wearefluidanddynamicinourwayofthinking.OurcollaborativeandAgileapproachmeansyourinputwillbevaluedacrossallourpractices.Everyonehasavoice,everyoneisapproachable
