OverviewAWS is looking for exceptional Construction Security Assurance Officers to assist with the management and delivery of project security requirements on upcoming high-security projects.
These are site-based roles, responsible for supporting physical security operations in line with client security requirements and project security plans.

you will assist with the management and delivery of project security requirements throughout the construction phase of secure facilities.Key responsibilities include:Supporting physical security operations on-siteAssisting with security assurance inspections and compliance activitiesMonitoring and responding to security incidents and issuesLiaising with project stakeholders and client representativesSupporting reporting, documentation and risk mitigation activitiesMaintaining compliance with project security requirements and security plansSkills and experienceExperience in physical security or security managementMinimum 2 years' experience in a Physical Security Operations roleStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to work independently and manage competing prioritiesExperience in high-security environments highly regardedConstruction or infrastructure project experience desirableUnderstanding of the Australian Government Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF) desirableRequirementsAustralian Citizenship requiredMust hold, or be eligible to obtain, an Australian Government Security ClearanceAbility to successfully complete an Organisational Suitability AssessmentAbility to work in a site-based construction environmentAbility to maintain relevant security clearances and accreditations as required for the projectJob detailsVacancies: 5
