This MPS provides hospital, community and allied health services, as well as home and community care support for the town and nearby communities
Services available include accident and emergency, outpatients, pharmacy, respite care, long term residential, acute inpatient care, minor operations, Indigenous health care, palliative care, chemotherapy and radiology.

Locum Rural Generalist / Senior Medical Officer position at a Western QLD Multipurpose Health Service from 06/09/2026 to 20/09/2026.

Daily ward round from 08:00 to 09:00, followed by medical practice consultations Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00. Supported by a Practice Administration Officer and Practice Nurse. Flights from Brisbane to St George available on Wednesdays and Sundays, with ground transport to the facility arranged.
