The role will report to the Sous Chef & the Executive Chef and is responsible for supporting the kitchen operations for our Restaurant, Bar and Events operations.Duties & ResponsibilitiesControlling food preparation and waste managment & stock rotation for your sectionLeading by example as a hands-on-chef with excellent quality standardsEstablishing effective employee working relationshipsAssisting in menu planning,
