About the role:
Our client is seeking a passionate Psychologist to join their dynamic allied health team. While experienced clinicians who can hit the ground running are highly desired, new graduates and early-career clinicians are also strongly encouraged to apply. The clinic offers versatile arrangements, with an initial preference for part-time (2–3 days per week) as the client base expands, with clear pathways to transition into a full-time role.
In this role, you will:
Work directly with children, young people, and their families to set meaningful goals, develop strategies, and implement intervention plans.
Empower clients to build essential cognitive, emotional, behavioral,
and social skills to foster independence and inclusion.
Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team (including Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapists) to provide integrated, best-practice care.
Provide guidance through parent coaching, keyworker models, and family-centered practice.
Utilize flexible service delivery models, including in-clinic consultations and telehealth options.
Benefits:
Top-Tier Compensation:$75,000 indicative salary for entry-level clinicians; $85,000–$95,000 for clinicians with 2–3 years of experience.

Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in Psychology (Master's or equivalent required for registration).
General registration with AHPRA.
Full, unrestricted Australian working rights.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Valid Driver's License and reliable transport.
Current (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement) National Police Check, Working with Children Check (WWCC), and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
