About the role:
In this role, you will work alongside an incredibly talented allied health team using a keyworker model and parent coaching to empower children, young people, and families. Key responsibilities include:
Partnering with families to set goals, develop strategies, and support skill development in communication, speech, social skills, and eating/drinking.
Conducting assessments and providing interventions in specialist areas, including Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), dysphagia, and mealtime management.
Delivering therapy across multiple settings,
including in-clinic care and telehealth options.
Collaborating efficiently with the broader multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated, best-practice client care.

Top-Tier Compensation:$75,000 indicative salary for entry-level clinicians; $85,000–$95,000 for clinicians with 2–3 years of experience.

Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology with current membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
Full, unrestricted Australian working rights.
Open to all experience levels: experienced clinicians who can start immediately are highly valued, but new graduates and candidates open to starting in assistant capacities are also strongly encouraged to apply.
Excellent communication, time management, and teamwork skills with a positive, "can-do" attitude.
Current (or willingness to obtain) Driver's License, National Police Check, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance prior to commencement.
