Role Description
This full-time or part-time Massage Therapist role is an on-site position based in here in the CBD of Sydney. The Massage Therapist will provide treatments tailored to individual client needs, which span across pain relief, mobility enhancement, recovery and stress reduction. Daily responsibilities include conducting client assessments, developing treatment plans, maintaining accurate clinical records, and collaborating with other practitioners to support integrated care. The role also involves educating clients on self-care strategies, promoting overall wellbeing, and ensuring a safe, clean, and professional treatment environment.
The Massage Therapist will contribute to a high standard of customer service, supporting the clinic's reputation for excellence.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in Remedial and or Sports Massage, with experience providing individualized treatments.
Understanding of basic anatomy and physiology, and commitment to evidence-based practice.
Understand how to work effectively and safely in a busy private practice.
Proficiency in dry needling, cupping or related modalities, with the ability to integrate techniques into comprehensive treatment plans is desirable.
Strong Customer Service capabilities, including transparent communication, empathy, and professional client interaction.
Knowledge of Stress Management principles and the ability to incorporate them into massage and client education.
Relevant massage therapy qualification or certification, with appropriate professional registration or eligibility.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinical team and adapt in a high-performance environment.
Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and maintain high ethical and safety standards.
