We're particularly interested in two areas

TRAUMA & EMDR
We're looking for a psychologist with:
EMDR Parts 1 & 2 training
Confidence working independently with complex trauma and PTSD
Experience applying EMDR clinically
Schema Therapy experience is advantageous

HEALTH & PAIN PSYCHOLOGY
We're also seeking someone with genuine experience working with presentations such as:
Chronic pain
Cancer
Cardiac conditions
Health anxiety
Complex health presentations

You'll ideally be comfortable working within abiopsychosocial frameworkand collaborating with medical and allied health professionals.
THE PRACTICE
You'll be based in our purpose-builtSpotswood clinic, featuring:
6 consulting rooms
Dedicated meeting space
Large group therapy room
Easy access to the Westgate Freeway
Close proximity to Spotswood Station
Unlimited street parking

There's also the opportunity to develop group therapy programs and participate in regional outreach if that's something that interests you.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
AHPRA registration as a Psychologist
Medicare eligibility — registrars are welcome
EMDR Parts 1 & 2 training for the trauma-focused position
ABN
Professional Indemnity Insurance
Ideally 3+ years of clinical experience

Minimum commitment:10 client hours per week.
Remuneration:AU$80,000–AU$180,000 per year equivalent, depending on hours and caseload.
