THE POSITION
Assist with basic food preparation and presentation of foodHigh volume washing and sanitising of dishes, utensils and kitchen equipmentMaintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across kitchen, dining and service areas, including deep cleaning dutiesReceive, unpack and organise stock deliveries and suppliesFollow strict food safety and WHS standards in line with company protocolsSupport chefs and the wider catering team as required
THE PERSON




Experience in a high-volume kitchen hand or hospitality environmentStrong time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced settingEnjoy working as part of a team in a busy environmentKnowledge of food safety and hygiene practicesStrong work ethic with a willingness to learn and contribute to a dynamic teamHold or be willing to obtain a Working With Children Check
