The Eyre Hotel is searching for an experienced Casual Duty Manager to help lead the team across busy evening and night trade in one of Whyalla's most iconic hospitality venues.
Operating 365 days a year with a bustling front bar, gaming lounge, bistro, accommodation, and late-night trade, this is a hands‐on leadership role for someone who can stay calm under pressure, back their team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences every shift.

Previous hospitality leadership experienceStrong background in bar, gaming, restaurant,

ABOUT THE JOB
As a Duty Manager, you'll play a key role in leading shifts and ensuring the venue operates smoothly, safely, and professionally.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading the venue team during evening and late-night tradeSupporting bar, gaming, food service, and customer operationsDelivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues professionallySupervising staff performance and providing on‐shift coachingManaging gaming compliance and RSA requirementsCash handling, till balancing, and venue security proceduresMonitoring presentation, cleanliness, and service standardsSupporting stock control and operational proceduresCreating a positive, productive, and team‐focused work environment
