You'll work alongside our Senior RN, our Beauty & Wellness Team, and our Clinic Owner (Lauren — Expert Cosmetic Injector and Director) directly — with real, tangible pathways to more responsibility, more shifts,



and a genuine long-term home at Lilly.What You'll Actually Be DoingAdvanced, results-focused facials and skin treatments across all Fitzpatrick levelsMicrodermabrasion, jelly masks, and LED light therapyRelaxing, results-driven facial and body massageWaxing, lash, and brow services, done to a premium standardConfident client consultations and personalised treatment planningEducating clients on skin health and home care — you don't just perform the treatment, you help them understand itMaintaining impeccable treatment standards, consent documentation, and clinic presentationWorking shoulder-to-shoulder with reception, nurses, and the wider team to keep clinic days flowingGetting involved in team huddles, training sessions, and case chatsShowing up for the team on big, busy clinic days — and having them show up for youWho This Role Is Perfect ForEssential requirements:Minimum 6 months industry experienceDiploma in Beauty Therapy (Certificate IV considered with strong experience)Strong knowledge of skin treatments and client careConfidence in consultations and treatment recommendationsProfessional communication and presentationYou'll likely thrive here if you:Naturally take initiative without needing constant directionCare about long-term client results, not just appointmentsValue learning, feedback, and personal developmentTake pride in consistency, detail, and professionalismMore Than Just a Beauty Therapist Here's the thing — this role doesn't stop at treatments.

Core shifts:Wednesday 12pm – 8pmThursday 4pm – 8pm (this can increase as soon as demand is met)Saturday 9am – 4pm the more established you become with our clients, the more consistent (and plentiful) your hours will be.This is a growth opportunity with no ceiling — not a fixed part-time role you'll outgrow in six months.
