How you'll be making an impact in people's lives:Conduct initial assessments and identify RTW barriers and design/implement/monitor programs that assist injured employees return to the workforceUndertaking assessments including activities of daily living, home, worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment assessmentsIdentifying Return to Work (RTW) barriersLiaisingwith clients, insurers, medical practitioners andemployersto achieve outcomes appropriate for all partiesDevelop and implement strategies to progress files and achieve RTW benchmarks with minimum case costsDesigning, implementing and monitoringprograms that assist injured employees to return to the workforceWhat you'll bring to the role:Australian recognised degree qualification and full Accreditation in Occupational Therapy,Exercise Physiology, Chiropractic,
