Key responsibilities
Maintain the reception area and answer incoming calls and delegate where requiredOffice upkeep Redink Homes Southwest office, ensuring clients coming in are greeted and offered amenitiesProvide administrative support to the Sales team and Operational departmentHold client introduction meetings and provide fortnightly updates to pre-construction clientsLiaise with internal departments to provide resolutions for clients as required
About you
Excellent interpersonal skills,



with the ability to build effective working relationshipsProven ability to analyse information, prepare written correspondence including reports, briefings and memosConfidence with exercising judgement in an setting with competing priorities and strict deadlinesMS Office Skills and computer skills (experience with Clickhomes desirable)
